San Francisco — built by crate diggers, for crate diggers
Music is our
love language.
We're a record shop and a gathering place — a spot to flip through crates, swap stories, and find the one record that changes your whole week.
Who we are
A record store that keeps
shop hours in your living room.
Gold Digger Records is online, on Whatnot, on Discogs, and open by appointment in San Francisco. Come sit with the crates, put something on the turntable, and take your time. We'd rather you leave with one record you love than five you felt talked into.
-
Fair, explained offers
You see how we got to the number — condition, pressing, demand, all of it out loud.
-
House calls up north
From the Bay to Sacramento, Santa Cruz to Sonoma. Big collections don't have to move twice.
-
Cleaned and graded
Every record gets brushed, sleeved and honestly graded before it goes back out to somebody new.

Upcoming pop-ups
No pop-ups on the books at this exact moment. New dates get posted here first — markets, street fairs, bar nights and record swaps around the Bay.

Every crate
comes with a story.
A wall of soul 45s bought one paycheck at a time. A jazz shelf built by somebody's dad who never missed a Sunday. We film short videos and write these people down, because the records only make sense with the person attached. If you'd rather keep your story private, that's completely fine too — we ask first, always.

Dolly Day SF
A day for Dolly, for San Francisco, and for anybody who needs a room where everyone is welcome. Music is the universal language that binds us all — Dolly just says it better than the rest of us.
